• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, company and role (for example, through the "Book a Discovery Call" form).
• Messages you send us, including on WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content, attachments and timestamps.
• Basic technical data when you visit rayh.ai: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the site to work.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and arrange meetings.
• To send messages you asked for or agreed to receive, including on WhatsApp.
• To run, secure and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations in Saudi Arabia.

3. WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to communicate with you. Messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal). We only message you on WhatsApp if you contacted us first or agreed to receive messages from us. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us.
